1. Booking and Payment

A 50% booking fee is required to confirm and secure all photography, videography, design or website projects.

The booking fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law, as time and resources are reserved specifically for the client.

No final photographs, videos, designs, websites or other completed work will be delivered or transferred until the full outstanding balance has been paid.

2. Photography and Videography

Photography and videography services will be provided according to the dates, times and hours stated in the accepted quotation or invoice.

Additional coverage outside the scheduled hours must be agreed upon and may be charged separately.

Delays caused by the client, venue, programme or other service providers will form part of the scheduled coverage time and will not automatically extend the booking.

3. Final Deliverables and Raw Files

Deliverables include only the final edited products listed in the accepted quotation.

RAW photographs, unedited video footage, original recordings, editable project files, working files and source files are not included and will not be supplied unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

4. Design Services and Intellectual Property

The client will receive only the final approved design files included in the quotation.

All design concepts, layouts, working files, editable files and original creative material remain the intellectual property of ELISION AGENCY unless ownership is specifically transferred in writing.

The client may use the final approved design for its intended purpose once full payment has been received.

5. Website Design and Maintenance

Websites will be managed and maintained for six months after the final website design has been approved and signed off, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

This maintenance period covers reasonable content and technical support. It does not include redesigns, major changes, new functionality, third-party fees, website rebuilding or upgrades required due to changes in server software, PHP versions, content management systems, templates, extensions or plugins.

Any website or server-related upgrade that may affect the operation of the website must be assessed and quoted before the upgrade is carried out.

6. Website Security and Server Issues

ELISION AGENCY will take reasonable steps to keep websites secure, maintained and operational.

However, ELISION AGENCY cannot guarantee that a website will never be hacked, infected, interrupted or affected by malicious activity.

ELISION AGENCY will not be held responsible for hacking, server failures, hosting-provider issues, software vulnerabilities, third-party services, unauthorised access or server-side changes outside our direct control.

Any repair, recovery or rebuilding work required as a result of these issues may be quoted separately.

7. Hosting

All hosting, domain and related service invoices must be paid by the stated due date.

Failure to pay hosting invoices may result in the website, domain or email services being suspended or terminated.

ELISION AGENCY will not be responsible for any loss of business, emails, website access or data resulting from suspension due to non-payment.

8. Delivery

Completed photographs, videos, designs and other digital deliverables will be supplied electronically within the agreed timeframe.

No physical shipping is included unless specifically stated in the quotation.

9. Acceptance

By accepting a quotation, paying the booking fee or instructing ELISION AGENCY to begin work, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
